Our refund policy for digital services lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the digital service must not have been fully delivered or consumed. If you’ve accessed or used the service in any way, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services
The following types of digital services are non-refundable:
- Services that have already been fully delivered or completed
- Customized or personalized digital services (e.g., personalized reports, designs, or other custom services)
- Subscription-based services or digital products that have been activated or accessed
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You have not fully accessed or used the digital service.
- The service has not been delivered or completed in full.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- If the service has been partially delivered, we will refund a portion of the payment based on the work completed.
- If the digital service was purchased but not used, a refund will be considered.
Refund Process
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Sale items or discounted services cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital services. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase so we can address any issues or concerns.
Digital Service Delivery
Since our services are delivered digitally, you will not be required to return anything physically. We recommend saving a copy of your order confirmation for your records.
